Update to Appendix E, Part 3:
XML Namespaces

Since this book went to press, the formal specifications for XML namespaces have been finalized and released as a form specification. Although the general mechanisms, as discussed in our book, are unchanged, some of the details are slightly different than shown in the examples in the book -- and, of course, our simple examples left out many of the details.
