An introduction to HTML and XHTML

This document is written in XHTML -- it looks just like HTML, but has syntax consistent with the rules of XML, and uses element nesting rules prescribed by the XHTML specification (which you'll find at http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/, with an 'updated' version at http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml11/. YOu can visit those sites to download the detailed specifications for the XHTML language.

And here's another paragraph, just to show the spacing between two adjacent paragraphs. Well, what did you expect for free, art?
