The latter two make use of special resources that run on a hypertext server. Currently these are CGI programs.HTML allows for three types of user-interaction:
- hypertext links (which we've just discussed)
- active images
- Different things happen depending on where you click on the image.
- HTML FORMS
- The User can fill-in details in a form, and send information to another machine on the Internet for processing.
