Here is a paragraph. Paragraphs have extra space above and below them, unlike div's. The same is true of headings, addresses and blockquotes.

Here is a third paragraph. Note how the margins above and below paragraphs are bigger than the line spacing. This paragraph has the attribute align="justify". Note how the text is justified between the left and right margins. This is not very useful, however, if the font size is large relative to the width of each line.
